Sets the range for the zero-speed signal (ZSPD). When the absolute value of the motor speed is lower
than this value, the zero-speed signal is triggered and DO.ZSPD is on.
Note: rotary means a permanent-magnet synchronous rotary motor; linear means a permanent-magnet synchronous
linear motor.
