When DO.ABSR is off, it indicates servo drive can receive request
issued by DI.ABSQ; when DO.ABSR is on, it indicates after the
request is received, the data has been prepared and the ABSD
data is valid so that the controller can access the ABSD data. This
output is only valid when DI.ABSE is on. Refer to Figure
10.3.5.1.1 for a detailed description.
