Pulse signal
1. The pulse signals can be input through the CN5 connector of the servo drive. Refer to
Section 11.2.2.1 for details.
2. The pulse signals can also be converted to Delta's communication format with the position
signal converter box and input through CN2. Refer to Section 11.2.2.2 for details.
Sine wave signal
The sine wave signals can be input through CN2 only after being converted to Delta's
communication format with the position signal converter box. Refer to Section 11.2.2.2 for
details.
Communication format
The CN2 connector of the servo drive supports specific communication formats (BiSS C,
Mitutoyo, Endat2.2, Fagor, Tamagawa, and Nikon) and Delta's communication format. Refer to
Section 11.2.2.3 for details.
