0.32D ±10% of 20°C (68°F)

3. If the resistance in each coil is correct,
check the stator for a short to ground.
Connect one lead of the ohmmeter to a
white lead, the other lead to ground.
With the selector knob set at X 1 D, the
reading should be infinity
(co).
If it is
not, the stator is defective and should be
replaced.
Checking the silicon rectifier
1. Check the silicon rectifier as specified
using the pocket tester.

3. Si la resistencia de cada bobina es cor-
recta, verificar si el estator esta en corto-
circuito a tierra. Unir un conductor del
ohm fmetro con un conductor blanco,
y el otro conductor a tierra. Con la peri-
lla de! selector ubicada en la posici6n
x 1 D, la lectura debe estar en infinito
(oo).
Si noes asi, el estator esta defec-
tuoso y debe ser reemplazado.
Verificaci6n de! rectificador de silicio
1. Verificar el rectificador de silicio como
se especifica empleando un probador de
bolsillo.
