Disassembly
1. Remove the clips from the bearings in
the middle gear yoke.
2. Place the U-joint in a press. With a
suitable diameter pipe beneath the yoke,
press the bearing into the pipe as shown
in the illustration.
NOTE: _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _
It may be necessary to lightly tap the yoke
with a punch.
3. Repeat the procedure for the opposite
bearing, and remove the yoke.

Demontage
I. Enlever les circlips des roulements de la
fourche de transmission intermediaire.
2. Mettre le joint universe! dans une presse.
Avec un tube de diametre convenable
sous la fourche, chasser le roulement
dans le tube comme illustre.
N.B.: _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _
II peu t etre necessaire de taper legerement sm:
la fourche avec un chasse-goupille.

3. Re peter la procedure pour le roulement
oppose puis enlever la fourche.

Desmontaje
1. Extraer los clips de los cojinetes en el
yugo de! engranaje intermedio.
2. Colocar la union en U en una prensa.
Con una tube de diametro adecuado
debajo del yugo, presionar el cojinete
hacia el tube come se ilustra.
NOTA: _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _
Puede ser necesario golpear ligeramente el
yugo con un punz6n.
3. Repetir el procedimiento para el cojinete
opuesto y extraer el yugo.
