Description/ Recommendation
Applications are accessing the memory card.
1. Wait 10 minutes for the applications to complete.
2. Retry the command at 1-minute intervals a maximum of 5 times.

Test (#699) passes.
If the directory file cannot be recovered, replace the memory card.
