Use reset ip-endpoints to unregister IP 4600 series phones, IP Softphones,
H.323 stations.

The IO-Processor controls the one and only Packet-Interface. To reset the
Packet-Interface for R6csi, use reset io-processor. Because reset
packet-interface is not used in this software release, the following error message
appears on the status line:
