Use status sp-link to display a page of output summarizing the operational status
of the system printer link: its link state, number of retries, and whether the link is
maintenance busy.

down: the link is administered, but a call is not setup between the
switch and the system printer.
extension not administered: the link (no system printer extension) is
not administered
