TRANSFER
1) Install driven gear to rear case.
2) Clean mating surface to both rear case and driven case, coat
mating surface of rear case with sealant evenly then mate it with
driven case.
Sealant
"A": 99000-31110 (SUZUKI BOND No.1215)
3) Tighten driven case bolts to specified torque.
Tightening Torque
(a): 23 N·m (2.3 kg-m, 17.0 lb-ft)
4) Install circlip and driven gear plate.
5) Tighten plate bolts applied with thread lock cement to specified
torque.
"A": Thread lock 1322, 99000-32110
Tightening Torque
(a): 23 N·m (2.3 kg-m, 17.0 lb-ft)
6) Install clutch dog to driven gear.
NOTE:
Make sure to put clutch dog with right side up as shown.
7) Install clutch sleeve and shift fork & shaft.
