1. Roof panel
ASSEMBLY
Reverse disassembly procedure for assembly, and then observing
the following caution.
CAUTION:
Match protrusion of link and dent in bracket for com-
pletely closed position of sliding roof drive cable and
match marks on cams for completely closed position of
sliding roof drive gear assembly and then install sliding
roof drive gear assembly.

ADJUSTING SUNROOF GLASS
1) Loosen sunroof glass fixing screws (4 pieces) and move sun-
roof glass up and down 2 or 3 times. In this way, sunroof glass
can be positioned in both vertical and horizontal directions by
elasticity of sliding roof weather strip.
2) Position sunroof glass by such dimensions with respect to roof
panel surface as specified below.
Dimension:"a" : 0.1 mm (0.0039 in.) (Sedan model)
3) After installing all parts and adjusting properly, check sunroof
for proper operation (open, close and lock).

: about 1.75 mm (0.069 in.) (Wagon model)
"b" : 0.5 mm (0.0197 in.) (Sedan model)
: about 1.75 mm (0.069 in.) (Wagon model)
"c" : 1.1 mm (0.0433 in.) (Sedan model)
: about 1.75 mm (0.069 in.) (Wagon model)
"d" : 1.1mm (0.0433 in.) (Sedan model)
: about 1.75 mm (0.069 in.) (Wagon model)
