*1: DTC No. can not be read with SUZUKI scan tool.
*2: Detecting of trouble (and DTC) is not applicable for vehicle without WU-TWC.
*3: MIL does not light and also "O/D OFF" lamp does not flash although DTC is detected and stored at 1
or 2 driving cycles.
DETECTING CONDITION
(DTC will set when detecting:)
Voltage at solenoid terminal of TCM is high
while solenoid OFF is commanded. (sole-
noid circuit open)

Voltage at solenoid terminal of TCM is low
while solenoid ON is commanded. (sole-
noid circuit shorted to ground)
ON (0 V) time of pulse signal from ECM to
TCM is shorter than specified time. (signal
circuit open)

ON (0 V) time of pulse signal from ECM to
TCM is longer than specified time. (signal
circuit shorted to ground)
Incorrect calculations of checking pro-
grammed data are indicated.
High voltage (signal circuit open) or low
voltage (signal circuit shorted to ground)
while engine is running.
Voltage at torque reduction signal circuit
terminal of TCM is low while torque reduc-
tion signal OFF is commanded. (torque re-
duction signal circuit open or shorted to
ground)
