1. No.1 control rod
2. No.2 control rod
3. Trailing rod
4. Parking brake cable
5. Wheel speed sensor (equipped with ABS)
REMOUNTING
1) Install propeller shaft to joint flange aligning match marks.
2) Install rear differential to mounting bracket and tighten 6 mount-
ing bolts to specified torque.
Tightening Torque
(a): 50 N·m (5.0 kg-m, 36.5 lb-ft)
3) Tighten 4 propeller shaft flange bolts to specified torque.
Tightening Torque
(b): 23 N·m (2.3 kg-m, 17.0 lb-ft)
4) Drive in rear drive shaft to rear differential.
5) Tighten No.1 and No.2 control rod outer bolt and trailing rod
rear bolt to specified torque.
Tightening Torque
(c): 90 N·m (9.0 kg-m, 65.0 lb-ft)
6) Tighten parking brake cable bracket bolt to specified torque.
Tightening Torque
(d): 10 N·m (1.0 kg-m, 7.5 lb-ft)
7) If it is equipped with ABS, tighten wheel speed sensor harness
bracket bolts.
8) Fill hypoid gear oil as specified.
(Refer to "OIL CHANGE" in this section.)
9) Install wheels.
10) Lower lift
