2) Install push rod and new O-ring to adjuster screw.
Apply ample amount of rubber grease to push rod and adjuster
screw.
See NOTE at the beginning of this installation.
3) Install adjuster screw ass'y to caliper.
NOTE:
Do not forget to install snap ring.
4) When pressing screw part of adjuster screw by hand, turn lever
lightly in its full turn.
Check that the adjuster screw moves up and down.
5) Install new piston seal to caliper.
NOTE:
Moisten piston seal with the fluid same as the one in master
cylinder.
6) With new piston boot fitted to the lower part of piston, fit the pis-
ton boot to caliper's groove.
Apply rubber grease to inside surface (where it meet the piston)
of piston boot.
See NOTE at the beginning of this installation.
7) Turn manual adjustment gear counterclockwise until it stops to
fit the piston in cylinder.
