5B-12 ANTILOCK BRAKE SYSTEM (ABS)
1. Data link connector
NOTE:
D ABS warning lamp indicates only DTC's described in "DTC
Table", DTC 12 which means that no malfunction DTC is
stored and history DTC which indicates history trouble
area.
When there is a current trouble, ABS warning lamp remains
ON and therefore DTC is not indicated.
4) After completing the check, turn ignition switch to OFF position
and disconnect service wire from diagnosis connectors.

DTC CHECK (USING SCAN TOOL)

1) After setting mass storage cartridge to SUZUKI scan tool, con-
nect SUZUKI scan tool to data link connector.
Special Tools
(A): 09931-76011
(B): Mass storage cartridge (Ver. 1.5 or later)
(C): 09931-76030
2) Turn ignition switch to ON position.
4) Read DTC according to instructions displayed on SUZUKI scan
tool and print it or write it down. Refer to SUZUKI scan tool oper-
ator's manual for further details.
5) After completing the check, turn ignition switch to OFF position
and disconnect SUZUKI scan tool from DLC.
