LSPV

(Load Sensing Proportioning Valve)

REMOVE AND INSTALL LSPV

REMOVAL
1) Clean around reservoir cap and take out fluid with syringe or
such.
2) Hoist vehicle.
3) Disconnect brake pipes from LSPV.
4) Remove bracket bolts and adjusting nut.
5) Remove LSPV assembly from vehicle body.
CAUTION:
LSPV assembly must not be disassembled.
Replace with new one if found defective.
1. LSPV assembly
2. Fuel filler neck
3. LSPV stay
4. LSPV bracket
5. Bracket bolt
6. Adjusting nut
INSTALLATION
CAUTION:
Refer to above CAUTION.
Install by reversing removal procedure, noting the following.
1) Apply multi-purpose grease to upper and lower joint of coil
spring.
