REMOVE AND INSTALL CONTROL ROD
WITHOUT STABILIZER
5. Control rod inner bolt (inner bolt)
6. No.2 control rod bolt (inner bolt)
7. Control rod washer
8. Control rod inner nut
9. Suspension frame
REMOVAL
1) Hoist vehicle and remove rear wheels.
2) Remove stabilizer bar (if equipped). Refer to STABILIZER BAR
REMOVAL of this section.
3) For vehicles equipped with ABS, detach ABS wheel speed sen-
sor pipe from No.2 control rod.
4) To facilitate toe adjustment after reinstallation, put match marks
on washer and on suspension frame.
