Information shaped rate is much less than the value configured. Do not use values in this range for 10G

Usage Guarantee a minimum bandwidth to different queues globally using the service-class
Information
bandwidth-weight command from CONFIGURATION mode. The command is applied in
the same way as the bandwidth-weight command in an output QoS policy. The
bandwidth-weight command in QOS-POLICY-OUT mode supersedes the service-
class bandwidth-weight command.
