Usage
When you create a VLT domain on a switch, FTOS automatically creates a VLT-system MAC
Information
address used for internal system operations.
Use the system-mac command to reconfigure the default MAC address for the domain by
entering a new MAC address in the format nn:nn:nn:nn:nn:nn..
You must also reconfigure the same MAC address on the VLT peer switch.

unit-id

Explicitly configure the default unit ID of a VLT peer switch.

Parameters

Defaults
Automatically assigned based on the MAC address of each VLT peer. The peer with the lower
MAC address is assigned unit 0; the peer with the higher MAC address is assigned unit 1.
