Usage
If you change the timers on one router, the timers on all routers in the RIP domain must also be

synchronized.

Enter the number of seconds to specify the rate at which RIP routing
updates are sent. The range is zero (0) to 4294967295. The default is 30
seconds.
Enter the number of seconds to specify the time interval before
routing updates are declared invalid or expired. The invalid value
should be at least three times the update timer value. The range is
zero (0) to 4294967295. The default is 180 seconds.
Enter the number of seconds to specify a time interval during which
the route is marked as unreachable but still sending RIP packets. The
holddown value should be at least three times the update timer value.
The range is zero (0) to 4294967295. The default is 180 seconds.
Enter the number of seconds to specify the time interval during which
the route is advertised as unreachable. When this interval expires,
the route is flushed from the routing table. The flush value should be
greater than the update value. The range is zero (0) to 4294967295.
The default is 240 seconds.
