Description
Using the ntp-service authentication enable command, you can set
NTP-service
authentication enable command, you can remove NTP-service ID
authentication.
By default, no ID authentication is set.
Example
Enable NTP ID authentication.

ntp-service authentication-keyid number authentication-mode md5 value
undo ntp-service authentication-keyid number

number: Key number in the range of 1 to 4294967295.
value: Key itself that is represented with 1 to 32 ASCII characters.
Description
Using the ntp-service authentication-keyid command, you can set NTP
authentication key. Using the undo ntp-service authentication-keyid command,
you can remove NTP authentication key.
By default, no authentication key is set.
This command is used to set NTP authentication key, which only supports MD5
authentication.
Example
Set MD5 ID authentication key. The key ID number is 10 and the key is BetterKey.
[3Com] ntp-service authentication-keyid 10 authentication-mode md5
