copy scp announcement-file

Use the copy scp announcement-file command to download an announcement file from
the Voice Announcements Manager to the G450 announcement directory using SCP. A
maximum of 256 announcement files can be stored in the announcement directory.

copy scp announcement-file source-filename ip [destination-filename]
