copy announcement-file scp

Use the copy announcement-file scp command to upload an announcement file from
the G450 announcement directory to a remote SCP server, using SCP. The files can then be
downloaded from the SCP server to Avaya Voice Announcements Manager (VAM).

copy announcement-file scp source-filename ip [destination-filename]
