CAUTION:
D When measurements are requested in this table use specified digital multi meter with correct ter-
minal adapter from special tool (Connector test adapter kit).
D When a check for proper connection is requested refer to "INTERMITTENT AND POOR CONNEC-
TION" in Section 0A.
D When an open in air bag wire harness, damaged wire harness, connector or terminal is found, re-
place wire harness, connectors and terminals as an assembly.
DTC WILL SET WHEN:
The power source voltage is below an approximately 8 V for specified time.
TABLE TEST DESCRIPTION
STEP 1: Check if voltage applied to SDM is within normal range.
STEP 2: Check if DTC 32 still exists.
: Air bag harness
1. From main fuse
2. Ignition switch
3. "AIR BAG" fuse in J/B
4. SDM
