This bit is used to enable the on-chip IRC48Mhz module to generate clocks for crystal-less USB. It can be
used for FS USB device mode operation. This bit must be set before using the crystal-less USB clock
configuration.

(USBx_CLK_RECOVER_INT_EN)
Enables or masks the individual interrupt flags which are logically OR'ed together to
produce the combined interrupt indication on the USB_CLK_RECOVERY_INT bit in
the USB_USBTRC0 register if the indicated conditions have been detected in the USB
clock recovery algorithm operation.
