Trigger condition
and cause
Condition: an error occurred to the MITUTOYO encoder.
Cause:
The signal strength of the sensor is in error and the position data may contain

errors.
The installation or wiring of the encoder is incorrect.
2.
The installation and operating environment do not meet the specifications,
3.
causing encoder error.
The encoder is damaged.
4.
Make sure the encoder or read head is correctly installed and wired according
1.
to the manufacturer's instruction manual.
If the issue persists, contact the distributor of the encoder.

DI.ARST or cycle power on the servo drive.
Condition: an error occurred to the MITUTOYO encoder.
Cause:
The signal strength of the sensor is in error, but the position data does not
