Calendar
Holidays and other days with special uses (e.g., vacation times) are managed in the PBX
calendar. These days are taken into account by the PBX during automatic configuration
switchovers and, if desired, during Least Cost Routing (LCR) and when executing wake-up
calls.
Adding Holidays from Holiday Lists
The PBX provides previously prepared holiday lists for various the countries/federal states.
Proceed as follows:
• Using the configuration manager
1. Open the page Functions > Calendar.
2. Select the country/federal state in the list field under the calendar.
3. Click
New.
4. Click Yes.
The holidays valid for the country/federal state are added for an indefinite period.
Holidays with data that changes yearly are calculated automatically by the PBX.
Note: Holidays inserted in this manner can be edited or deleted individually
as needed. Each of these changes is carried out automatically for all calendar
years. Click
Creating and Editing Holidays
In addition to the holidays that are available in the holiday lists for the various countries/federal
states, you can create your own days with customised information (e.g., company vacations).
You can also edit existing entries.
Proceed as follows:
