Special tools and workshop equipment required
♦ Vehicle diagnostic tester
Removing
– Remove engine cover panel
– Disconnect electrical connector -arrow-.
– Loosen bolt -1-.
– Carefully pull pressure sensor in a straight line off hoses.
Note
If the elbow stud -2- breaks off, use long-nose pliers to pull the

Installation
– Before installing, blow out hoses from pressure differential
sender to emission control module with compressed air in di‐
rection of emission control module.
– Fit elbow stud -2- onto pressure sensor -1-.
– Moisten connection on pressure sensor and elbow stud with
lubricant (water).
– Fit pressure sensor with elbow stud -arrow- onto hoses.
– Tighten pressure sensor, and connect connector.
