If coolant remains in the sight glass for longer periods of time, the sight glass may become opaque. There‐

fore, the sight glass must be flushed with distilled water after the flushing procedure has been completed.
If the sight glass is opaque, clean it with a nylon brush.

– Connect suction hose -5- to container -1- for distilled water.
– Fit flushing hose -10- onto cleaning adapter -9-. Fit cleaning
adapter -9- to plug-in connector -B- on valve block -8-.
– Open shut-off valves -A- and -B- on valve block -8-.
– Switch on pump -7-, and pump distilled water through hoses
until coolant has been flushed out of sight glass -6-.
– Switch off pump, and close shut-off taps.
– Remove cleaning adapter, and seal flushing hose with plug.
