selected in parameter 13-10 Comparator Operand is greater than the fixed value in parameter 13-12

is approximately equal to the fixed value in parameter 13-12 Comparator Value.

The position error exceeds the value in parameter 4-71 Maximum Position Error for the time set
in parameter 4-72 Position Error Timeout.
