Name Function
Home sensor Selects input for home sensor.
Home sensor inverse Selects input for home sensor.
Touch sensor Selects input for touch probe sensor.
Touch sensor inverse Selects input for touch probe sensor.
Speed mode Selects speed mode when parameter 1-00 Configuration
Mode is set to [9] Positioning or [10] Synchronization.
Target inverse Changes the sign of the set target position. For example,
if the set target is 1000, the activation of this option
changes the value to -1000.
Position virtual master Activates position-controlled virtual master
Set master home Master position = parameter 17-88 Master Home
Set vir. mas. pos. to Virtual master position = parameter 16-06 Actual Position

Master marker Master marker signal for marker synchronization, rising

Status signals
Reverse after ramp Indicates the sign of speed reference after the ramp.
Virtual master dir. Controls the direction of slaves.
Homing OK Homing is completed with the selected homing func-
tion.
On target
Positioning: Target position reached.
Synchronization: Slave position aligned with master po-
sition.
Position error Maximum position error exceeded.
Position limit
A position limit is reached (parameter 3-06 Minimum Po-
sition or parameter 3-07 Maximum Position).
Touch on target Target position is reached in touch probe position
mode.
Touch activated Touch probe positioning active.
Touch sensor found The touch sensor has been detected.
