This parameter is only available with software version 48.XX.
Select the action that the drive executes when there is an active signal on a digital input with options [12] Enable Start Forward or
[13] Enable Start Reverse selected. The drive executes the function selected in this parameter when running into an end limit switch
and then the motion is only allowed in the opposite direction. When an option with trip is selected, the drive can resume motion
only after reset.

Description
The drive monitors position limits only in absolute positioning mode. The drive stops at the position
limit and trips when the target position is outside the position limits.
When the set target is outside the position limits, the drive uses the position limit as target. This op-
tion works in all modes of operation including speed and torque control. The drive issues a warning
when at limit position.
When the set target is outside the position limits, the drive uses the position limit as target. This op-

When the set target is outside the position limits, the drive performs a ramp down and stops at the
limit position. This option works in all modes of operation. The drive issues a warning stop.
