3.3.15 Inspecting dampers
Location of dampers
The figure shows the location of all the dampers to be inspected.

Visual inspection, no tools are required.

Note
A damaged damper must be replaced!
Action
DANGER
Turn off all:
• electric power supply
• hydraulic pressure supply
• air pressure supply
to the robot, before entering the robot working
area.
Inspect all dampers for damage, cracks or existing
impressions larger than 1 mm.
Inspect the attachment screws for deformation.
If any damage is detected, the damper and/or
screws must be replaced with new ones.
