Action
If not already in this position, turn on the
power and jog to a position where the area
the counterweight is fitted to the parallel
arm, is horizontal to the foundation.
DANGER
Turn off all:
• electric power supply
• hydraulic pressure supply
• air pressure supply
to the robot, before entering the robot
working area.
Action
CAUTION
The counter weight weighs 1200 kg.
All lifting accessories used must be sized
accordingly!
Attach lifting eyes, if not already done.
Attach the lifting accessory chain (with four
chains), to the lifting eyes.
Stretch the lifting accessory to take the
weight of the counterweight.
