Action
Attach a roundsling to the lower arm and
to an overhead crane (or similar), with the
robot in the current position.
Stretch the lifting accessories to take the
weight of the lower arm.
To release the brakes on axis-2, connect
the 24 VDC power supply.
Connect to connector R2.MP2:
•
pin 2 = 24V
•
pin 5 = 0V
Release the brakes on axis-2 and with the
help of an overhead crane, lift the lower
arm up as close as possible to calibration
position.
Remove the 24 VDC power supply.
