Jog axis-3 to be able to attach the plastic plug.
Action
Jog the robot to the specified position:
Axis 1: No significance (as long as the ro-
bot is secured to the foundation)
Axis 2: 0°
Axis 3: +66°
Axis 4: 0°
Axis 5: 0°
Axis 6: No significance.
Find area 1.
Secure the screws in area 1.
Tip
Mark the screw with a marker pen after each
torque. This is to make sure that all screws have
been torqued.
Examine that all screws have been torqued.
Action
Perform a leak-down test (if not already
done).
