Action
Jog axis 5 so that the tilt house is horizont-
al (turning disc points straight forward).
DANGER
Turn off all:
• electric power supply
• hydraulic pressure supply
• air pressure supply
to the robot, before entering the robot
working area.
WARNING
Handling gearbox oil involves several
safety risks, see Gearbox lubricants (oil or
grease) on page 32.
Place the oil collecting vessel underneath
the oil draining plug.
CAUTION
The gearbox may contain an overpressure
that can be hazardous. Open the oil plug
carefully to let the excess pressure out.
Remove the oil plug from the combined
filling/inspection/ventilation hole.
Note
The plug is opened to speed up the drain-
age.
