Note:
1. A3-F pins: OA (17), /OA (18), OB (19), /OB (20), OZ (21), and /OZ (22).
2. It is suggested that you connect the two GND for the controller and servo drive in parallel when the
voltage deviation between the controller and the servo drive is too great.
