Condition: deviation between the Speed command and the feedback speed
exceeds the allowable range (P2.034).
Cause:
A drastic change in speed.
1.
Incorrect setting for P2.034.
2.
Use the signal detector to check if the input analog voltage signal is normal.
1.
If not, adjust the signal changing rate or enable the filter function.
Check and make sure the value of P2.034 (Speed command error warning)
2.
is correct.
DI.ARST
Condition: the input frequency for the pulse command is over the allowable value
for the hardware interface.
Cause: the pulse command frequency is higher than the rated input frequency.
Use the scope to check if the input frequency is higher than the rated frequency.
Correctly set the input pulse frequency.
DI.ARST
Condition: deviation between the Position command and the feedback position
exceeds the allowable range (P2.035).
Cause:
The maximum position deviation is set too low.
1.
Gain value is set too low.
2.
Torque limit is set too low.
3.
Excessive external load.
4.
Improper setting for the E-Gear ratio.
5.
Check the value of the maximum deviation (P2.035 Excessive deviation of
1.
Position command warning). If the value is too low, set a higher value.
Check if the gain value is appropriate for the application.
