Cause:
The analog input contact is not correctly set to zero.
1.
The detection device is damaged.
2.
Check if the voltage at the analog input contact is the same as the ground
1.
voltage.
Reset the power supply. If the issue persists, send your servo drive back to
2.
the distributor or contact Delta.
Remove the connection cable for CN1 and then execute auto calibration.
The emergency stop button is pressed.
Check the emergency stop state and make sure it is off.
DI.EMGS
Condition: reverse limit switch is triggered.
Cause:
Reverse limit switch is triggered.
1.
Servo system is unstable.
2.
Check the reverse limit switch and make sure it is off.
1.
Check the parameter setting and the load inertia. If the setting is wrong,
2.
modify the parameter value or re-estimate the motor capacity.
The alarm is automatically cleared after moving away from the limit.
Condition: forward limit switch is triggered.
Cause:
Forward limit switch is triggered.
1.
Servo system is unstable.
2.
Check the forward limit switch and make sure it is off.
1.
Check the parameter setting and the load inertia. If the setting is wrong,
2.
modify the parameter value or re-estimate the motor capacity.
The alarm is automatically cleared after moving away from the limit.
