Condition: encoder temperature is over the maximum of 100˚C.
Cause: encoder temperature is over 100˚C.
Set P0.002 to -124d to read the temperature and check if it is below 100˚C.
If the encoder temperature is higher than 100˚C, improve the heat dissipation to
lower the temperature. If the temperature difference between the motor and the
displayed temperature value is over 30˚C, send your motor back to the distributor.
After the temperature detector shows a temperature below 100˚C, cycle power on
the servo drive.
Excessive deviation of full closed-loop position control.
Check the value for P1.073. If the value is too low, set a higher value.

Linear scale communication is cut off.
Make sure the wiring for the linear scale is correct.

Analog input voltage for the Speed command is higher than the level specified by
P1.083.
Check if the voltage source for the Speed command is correct. Check the setting
value of P1.083 and set it to 0 when this function is not required.
DI.ARST
Condition: when the motor controlling function of the servo drive is overloaded,
the motion control function is affected, causing error in the PR or E-Cam operation.
Cause: servo function overload warning.
Check if the filter is enabled and see if enabling the filter is necessary.
