ANTI-LOCK BRAKING SYSTEM
Lateral acceleration and yaw sensor: Removal - Refitting
a Disconnect the lateral acceleration and yaw sensor
connector (2) .
a Remove:
- the (3) lateral acceleration and yaw sensor nuts,
- the lateral acceleration and yaw sensor.
REFITTING
I - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Refit:
- the lateral acceleration and yaw sensor,
- the lateral acceleration and yaw sensor nuts.
a Connect the lateral acceleration and yaw sensor
connector.
a Torque tighten the lateral acceleration and yaw
sensor nuts (8 Nm).
a Position the floor carpet.
a Refit:
- the floor carpet clip,
- the front left-hand door sill lining (see Front door
sill lining: Removal - Refitting) (MR 416, 71A,
Body internal trim).
II - FINAL OPERATION.
a Refit the front left-hand seat (see Complete front
seat: Removal - Refitting) (MR 416, 75A, Front
seat frames and runners).
a Connect the battery (see Battery: Removal - Refit-
ting) (MR 415, 80A, Battery).
a Be sure to confirm the repair with a road test and a
check using the Diagnostic tool.
