Optics Data Commands and Output

SHOW TECHSUPPORT FILE (SEC)
Syntax
SHOW TECHSUPPORT FILE=filename [ FORCE ]
Customers can use this command while working with Allied Telesis Technical Support.
Description
When this command is run using the (encrypted) file supplied by Allied Telesis, the out-
put (sent to the terminal) is placed in a file and sent to Allied Telesis Support for further
study.
The following table gives the range of values for each option that can be specified with

8.10.1 Optics Data Commands and Output
The SHOW INTERFACE command has the OPTICS parameter added to specify optics data. When the param-
eter is specified, only the optics data is displayed, along with general data that identifies the interface. The optics
data displayed is a subset of the data contained the SFP/XFP memory. If the OPTICS parameter is not specified,
no optics data is shown, even if the user specifies the FULL parameter.

Description
Name given to script file by Allied Telesis.
