SETDEFAULTS LLDP [ TXINTERVAL ] [ TXHOLD ] [ TXDELAY ] [ REINITDE-
LAY ] [ NOTIFYINTERVAL ]
Sets the defaults for the global LLDP values. This command would be used to change
