Description
DROPEVENTS - alert setting for dropped packet
events; this parameter indicates that that the rising/fall-
ing threshold values are to be used for the dropped
packet event statistical counter.
OCTETS - alert setting for octets
PACKETS - alert setting for packets
BROADCAST - alert setting for broadcast packets
MULTICAST - alert setting for multicast packets
UNDERSIZE - alert setting for undersize
OVERSIZE - alert setting for oversize
CRCALIGN - alert setting for crc alignment errors
FRAGMENTS - alert setting for fragmented packets
JABBERS - alert setting for jabbers
COLLISIONS - alert setting for packet collisions
PKTS64OCTETS - alert setting for packets that are up
to 64 octets long
PKTS65TO127OCTETS - alert setting for packets that
are up to 127 octets long
PKTS128TO255OCTETS - alert setting for packets that
are up to128 to 255 octets long
PKTS256TO511OCTETS - alert setting for packets that
are up to 256 to 511 octets long
PKTS512TO1023OCTETS - alert setting for packets
that are up to 512 to 1023 octets long
PKTS1024TO1518OCTETS - alert setting for packets
that are up to1024 to 1518 octets long
ABSOLUTE - specified RMON statistic is compared to
the thresholds at the end of the sampling
Note: If ABSOLUTE is chosen, the statistic must be
reset before the threshold can be crossed again and a
log produced.
CHANGE - alert setting if the change over time exceeds
rising or falling thresholds
