Installation Procedure
1. Install the new Latch Housing by attaching the M3 Screws (4).
2. Ensure that the Lower Bypass closes easily. If necessary, adjust the
position of the Latch on the Lower Bypass.
3. Connect the Power Cord.
4. Power ON the eWire.

REP 9.4 Book Tray Latch Replacement

Use this procedure to remove and install the Latch for the Book Tray
Drawer. Note that the latch is in two parts, on the drawer and frame.
Removal Procedure
Do not perform repair activities with the power on or electrical power
supplied to the machine. Some machine components contain
dangerous electrical voltages that can result in electrical shock and
possible serious injury. See Section 0, page vi for other languages.
1. Turn off Power to the eWire.
2. Disconnect the Power Cord.
3. Locate the male half of the Latch on the back of the drawer. Remove
the Latch by removing the M4 Screws (2) and Washers.
