5. Remove the M4 Screws securing the Timing Belt Clamp, and remove
the Timing Belt Clamp.
6. Slide the Timing Belt off the Pulleys and remove the Timing Belt.
Installation Procedure
1. Place the new Timing Belt in position and align it to the Pulleys.
2. Secure the Timing Belt Clamp using the M4 Screws to secure the
Belt to the Closer.
3. Adjust the Timing Belt Bracket to appropriate level of belt tension
and secure the Timing Belt Bracket by tightening the Screws.
4. Connect the Power Cord
5. Turn power ON to eWire.

Use this procedure to remove and install the Holder Linear Drive Belt,
Rear. Note that the same belt is also used on the front side of the Holder.
Removal Procedure
Do not perform repair activities with the power on or electrical power
supplied to the machine. Some machine components contain
dangerous electrical voltages that can result in electrical shock and
possible serious injury. See Section 0, page vi for other languages.
1. Switch power OFF to eWire.
2. Disconnect the Power Cord.
3. Do REP 1.1
Back Cover Replacement
4. Loosen the M4 Screws securing the Timing Belt Bracket and adjust
the bracket to relieve tension on the belt.
5. Remove the M4 Screws securing the Timing Belt Clamp, and remove
the Timing Belt Clamp.
6. Slide the Timing Belt off the Pulleys and remove the Timing Belt.
