REP 6.3 Closer Full Open Sensor Replacement S47

Use this procedure to remove and install the Closer Module Open Sensor
Removal Procedure
WARNING
Do not perform repair activities with the power on or electrical power
supplied to the machine. Some machine components contain
dangerous electrical voltages that can result in electrical shock and
possible serious injury. See Section 0, page vi for other languages.
1. Switch power OFF to eWire.
2. Disconnect the Power Cord.
3. Do REP 6.1 Closer Module Replacement
4. Locate the Closer Open Sensor at the rear of the Closer Module.
5. Remove the Sensor Cable
6. Remove the Sensor by loosening the M3 Screw.
Repairs/Adjustments
to remove the Closer.
Installation Procedure
1. Attach the new Sensor to the Sensor Bracket using the M3 Screw.
Use the cutout in the bracket to align the sensor.
2. Connect the Sensor Cable
3. Do Rep 6.1 Closer Module Replacement
4. Connect the Power Cord.
5. Power ON the eWire.
