13.1.5 Quality of Service (QoS)
To distinguish transmission quality of signaling control data, MG-PRI/PRA can specify Type of Service
(ToS) of IP Precedence and Differentiated Service (Diffserv). The packets mapped by Diffserv are con-
trolled per switch, which is called Per Hop Behavior. The QoS is specified depending on your network en-
vironment. The following shows the packet types of IP Precedence and Diffserv.
Telephony Server (Internal PHI-PRI) does not control packets using ToS.
