Service Conditions
Before the use of MG-COT, note the following conditions.
Service Conditions for Proprietary Protocol Mode and SIP Mode
1.
When the setting of ASYDL, SYS1, INDEX880, Bit 1 (Internal PHI-PRI/BRI)/Bit 3 (Internal PHE) is
modified, initialize the Internal PHI-BRI/Internal PHE module with the ADPM command.

The connection via less secure network such as Internet is not available. Also, dial-up connection is not
available.

PFT connects the following port.

DIMG command is used to check the current status of MG-COT Card registration.
5.
Virtual Trunk for MG occupies one group. Therefore, the group to which Virtual Channel of MG has been
assigned cannot be used for other Trunk. Do not use LV6 and LV7 of the group to which Virtual Channel
of MG has been assigned. The Virtual Trunk can be assigned for Virtual PIR.
6.
When originating a call to the analog network, "*" cannot be included in the dialing number.
7.
Only DTMF signal is sent to Trunk Line. Dial Pulse is not used.
8.
PAD value and Echo Canceler data assigned by PAD/EC Control IP/PHC Support has priority. For details,
refer to PAD/EC Control IP/PHC Support in Data Programming Manual - Business.
9.
If the data assignment by PAD/EC Control IP/PHC Support is invalid, PAD value and Echo Canceler data
assigned in AMGVL/AIVCL has priority.
10. Assign CODEC in AMGVL command (If AMGVL data is not assigned, AIVCL data is applied). For
available payload type/payload size, refer to Peripheral Equipment Description, Volume 1, Chapter 2,
"3.1.1 Bandwidth Required for Voice Traffic." When both command data are not assigned, default setting
is applied (default setting is G.711- 40ms).
11. When Payload Type is specified by AMGVL/AIVCL, A/
System Data is not applied (ASYD SYS1 INDEX 63 bit 0 A/
law MG are connected, A-law is applied.
12. Route Number can be shared by multiple MGs.
13. Assign each LENS for MG line (0-5) and CH (Fixed to 0) in AMGIL command. (MG0: Even Number
Level, MG1: Level of MG0 + 1)
14. Guard Timer for Originating Call is performed by the Telephony Server side. Assign the Timer value by
ASYD (SYS 1, INDEX 474) to change the value. Default value is 3072 milliseconds.
15. When digit conversion is required for the digits received from the public network, use ARTD, CDN66
(DC) and ACDD. A maximum of seven digits can be converted, counting from the last.
