SMOOTH_PAD
This command is used to specify Smooth PAD mode of DSP. To make this assignment effective, it is re-
quired to execute the "SAVE" command and to restart before exiting the maintenance command.

In order to make a setup reflect, re-starting is
required after saving a configuration file by
SAVE command.

STARTPORT
This command is used to specify the starting port of RTP. Enter an even number for the RTP. The odd num-
ber (the even number +1) is assigned for RTCP. To make this assignment effective, it is required to execute
the "SAVE" command and to restart before exiting the maintenance command.
